Broviak Communications was formed in 1989 by Fred J. J. Broviak, who has over 25 years of experience in counseling and assisting clients with their communications. He previously was a vice president with Hill and Knowlton, one of the world's largest public relations/public affairs agencies, and vice president with Gardner, Jones & Company, a highly-regarded Chicago-based public relations agency.
Prior to his work in communications, Mr. Broviak was a financial analyst. worked in R&D and was in manufacturing management. His education includes a BS in chemistry from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Purdue University.
Mr. Broviak is a past president of the Chicago Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute and a member of a number of other communications, marketing/sales and business organizations. He is also on the faculty of Roosevelt University, as a part-time instructor for The Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications Program. He has been a guest speaker at Purdue University, Northern Illinois University and a number of other professional organizations, and published communications-related articles.
